Exchange & Return Policy
At Maniti LifeStyle, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. While we do not offer open returns for all products, we do allow returns or exchanges under specific and verifiable conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility (Within 24 Hours)
We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery only if:
- You received a wrong product or incorrect size.
- An unboxing/opening video is provided clearly showing the issue.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We allow exchanges under the following conditions:
- Size exchange is required and the new size is available in stock.
- The product is in original condition, unused and with tags.
- The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Return/Exchange Process

4. Courier & Charges
- For wrong item or size delivered by us: We will bear full shipping cost.
- For size exchanges requested by customer: Return shipping may be charged.
- We will confirm the courier pickup/drop process once the request is approved.
5. Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds under any condition. Only product exchange or re-dispatch of the correct product is permitted upon verification.
